With over 10 years experience in this industry having started my career in the bathroom design industry, which consisted of consulting with clients, performing measurements, ordering materials, meeting with bathroom suppliers, using design software, and supervising installations from the point of being merely a customer's dream to helping make these customer dreams into reality.

I believe my bathroom design experience has given me a greater understanding of being client focused, viewing customers as individuals with different preferences just as this applies to my plumbing work.
